Modify GTC code to simulate Lower Hybrid Current Drive in toroidal devices

Recently, an interesting phenomenon is found in DIII-D Tokamak Experiment that the fast ion transport doesn't change when increasing the temperature of electron through On-axis neutral beam injection (NBI). This change in the turbulence from dominant ITG to dominant TEM may explain why no scaling of fast ion transport with Te increasing is observed. My work is collaborated with CTEM work by H.Y.Feng. In IGT work, now we have got such experimental data: Time history of heat flux and noise driven flux, poloidal snapshot, k⊥ spectrum. Due to the great assumption of CTEM case of HPC, the work is still undergoing.
